Goodness Guestbook

The infrastructure behind meaningful human experiences should make connection easier.

The retreat industry exists at the intersection of hospitality, travel, wellness, and human connection, yet much of its infrastructure remains fragmented.

Venues operate through one set of systems. Retreat leaders manage another. Participants receive information through emails, forms, spreadsheets, messaging threads, booking platforms, and travel documents that rarely communicate with one another.

We built Goodness Guestbook to change that.

Our software connects the three essential participants in the retreat ecosystem: venues, operators, and guests.

Venues are able to present the information retreat leaders actually need to make informed decisions, including accommodations, room configurations, gathering and practice spaces, pricing, availability, policies, and agreements. Retreat operators can develop and manage their retreats while coordinating programming, reservations, participant information, travel logistics, communications, and the operational details required to host a group successfully.

Participants, in turn, have a central place to understand their retreat, manage the details of their journey, receive important information, and connect with the people with whom they will be traveling.

The significance of connecting these systems extends beyond administrative efficiency. When information moves easily between venues, operators, and participants, fewer details are lost, communication becomes clearer, and the people responsible for creating the experience have more capacity to focus on the experience itself.

Our technology is designed around a simple premise: the infrastructure behind meaningful human experiences should make connection easier.
